These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sports Coaching AI and its websites, apps, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate your analysis and improve model quality). Do not upload content you don't have the right to share, or that depicts others without their consent.
3. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid plan ("Pro"). Prices, billing cycles, and any free trial are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Don't resell or scrape the Service without our written permission.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI analysis can be inaccurate and is for informational purposes only — see our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Coaching AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes & termination
We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
