Accounts, subscriptions & privacy
For help with your account, subscription or a specific analysis, write from the email address you signed up with so we can find you quickly. Please don't send passwords — we'll never ask for them.
Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google: cancel them and request refunds in your App Store or Google Play settings. To delete your account and data, see Delete your account. Privacy questions go to our Privacy Officer at the same address — see the Privacy Policy.
