Delete your account

You can delete your Sports Coaching AI account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Delete in the app

•Open the Sports Coaching AI app and sign in.
•Go to Profile → Delete Account.
•Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Delete on the website

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. If you write from a different address we may need to verify that the account is yours. We complete email requests within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

•Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in details), including your sign-in record in Firebase.
•All your uploaded and saved videos, annotated replays, analysis results and training plans.
•Your subscription records and push notification tokens.
•Any links between your account and a coach.

This happens promptly. Remaining copies in server logs and backups are purged within 30 days, and usage events expire within 30 days. We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as payment transaction records for tax purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you aren't charged again. If you subscribed on our website, email [email protected] from your account's email address before deleting your account and we'll cancel it for you.
