This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run Sports Coaching AI.

Information we collect

• •Account info — your name and email when you sign up (including via Google).
• •Videos & analysis — clips you upload and the results we generate from them.
• •Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand and improve the product.
• •Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we don't store your card details.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service: generate your analysis, maintain your account and progress, process subscriptions, respond to support, and make the models and experience better. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data with vendors who help us operate, such as authentication (Firebase), payments (Stripe on the web; Apple and Google Play in the apps, with RevenueCat managing subscriptions), push notifications (Expo), the AI model provider that powers coaching chat, and our analysis and hosting infrastructure. They may process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.

Retention & your choices

You can delete your saved videos at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with — we complete requests within 30 days. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
