Family Window
For parents with hearing loss

Video calls your parents can read.

Family Window shows every word you say as big, clear captions on your parent's screen, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. It rings like a phone call, so there's nothing new for them to learn.

Made for them

Everything big, simple and on their side

Designed with parents who find phone calls hard: large text, few buttons, and family who can help from afar.

Captions as you speak

Your words appear on their screen as you say them, in text they can make as large as they like.

Hindi, English, Hinglish

Hindi can be shown in Devanagari or in Roman letters, whichever your parent reads more easily.

Rings like a real call

Calls ring on the lock screen, even when the app is closed. You can let chosen family be answered automatically.

Help from afar

Family admins can change caption size, quiet hours and who may call, right from their own phone.

Phone health at a glance

See whether Mum's phone is charged, online and ready to ring, and fix settings before a call goes missed.

Private to your family

Only people your family approves can call. Calls are end-to-end encrypted and never recorded.

Try it

Captions sized for them, in the script they read

Drag the slider and switch the script, just like a family admin can for a parent's phone.

From comfortable to extra large.
Hindi shown as
Aap kaise ho? Dawai time pe li?
How it works

Set up in five minutes, for good

You do the setting up. Your parent just answers.

  1. Install on your phone

Sign in with your email, choose A son, daughter or relative, and tap Invite a parent.

  2. Scan on their phone

Install it on your parent's phone, choose A parent, and scan the QR code on yours.

  3. Call, and they read along

Tap their photo to call. Your words appear in big captions while you talk, face to face.
