Delete your Family Window account

You can delete your account here, or in the app under Account › Delete account.

What gets deleted

Deleting is permanent and happens straight away:

• Your account, email address, name and photo
• Your phones, push tokens and encryption keys
• Your call records, settings and family memberships
• Any family where you are the only admin, for everyone in it

Copies in our database provider's backups are removed within 7 days. Calls were never recorded, so there's no call audio, video or captions to delete.

Can't get into your email? Write to [email protected] from that address and we'll delete the account within 30 days.
